Euro Droppers Project – European Dropshipping Expansion

We are developing a Europe-wide dropshipping project, with the main goal of significantly reducing delivery times by establishing logistics warehouses in each targeted country.

The countries targeted are: France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Austria, Finland, Norway, Italy, and others to come.

📌 Current Situation

Our headquarters are in London, with administrative offices in France.

The products offered by Euro Droppers will cover the following categories:

• Health, wellness & fitness

• Pet niche

• Tech & phone accessories

• Beauty & personal care

• Baby & kids

• Home & decoration

• Travel & mobility

• Fashion & accessories (low-cost)

• Kitchen & smart utensils

• Automotive & motorcycle

These products will come from China, Brazil, Germany, Spain, and the USA.

We have already acquired land in the targeted countries and begun basic construction of our future warehouses.

 

📅 Project Timeline

• Until the end of November 2025: Partner recruitment + creation of local companies

• December 2025: Start of full-scale warehouse construction

• Two months before launch (June 2026): Update of tax addresses for each local company

• June 2026: Official launch of commercial operations

 

🤝 Partner Recruitment

We are currently in the process of recruiting local partners in each country where we will operate.

Their role will be to:

• Set up a local wholesale-type company (e.g., Euro Dropper Portugal, Euro Dropper Italia, etc...)

• Open a bank account in the name of this company

• Provide a tax and postal address, which will later be updated by Euro Dropper at launch time

• Send all company formation documents to the headquarters in Paris by postal mail

• Participate in administrative communication exclusively by email and postal mail

 

💼 Partner Requirements & Role

• Be a resident or citizen of the concerned country

• Be capable of creating a company locally

• Be available to handle administrative formalities

• Accept a limited personal investment covering company formation costs

• Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

 

Once operations are launched, partners will:

• Receive 1.9% of their country's revenue

• Have a fixed monthly salary equivalent to 3 to 6 times the local minimum wage

• Be responsible for the local office, including recruitment and team management

🔐 Confidentiality Aspects

All relationships are protected by a confidentiality agreement.
The addresses of the warehouses will remain confidential until two months before the official launch, at which time we will update the tax addresses. The costs associated with these changes will be covered by Euro Droppers.
